Model LD-15s is an economical, smaller, and more efficient alternative to HeNe Lasers.
Model LD-15s emits a low-power beam which makes it perfectly safe for use in the lab, or for independent student use.
As an added safety feature, a key-operated 2-position power switch allows the teacher to lock down the output power from 1.0 to 0.5 mW making the unit even safer for use by students.
QUALITY OF LASER BEAM
The diode generates a narrower and more directional Laser beam than a conventional HeNe Lasers. This makes it practical for experiments that require extended beam trajectories. Precision is guaranteed by a built-in 3-lens optical focusing system.
Model LD-15s is ideal for the demonstration of rectilinear light propagation and for the study of diffraction and interference.
